The UCM2000-SH is a wideband ultrasonic sheath grout filling exploration system that can non-destructively measure the filling and unfilled states of internal sheath grout. It is capable of exploring the filling of polyethylene sheaths and can also be applied to fiber-reinforced concrete. This is a technique for grout filling inspection of PC bridges using wideband ultrasonic method WUT.

The grout filling inspection system uses the Wide Range Ultrasonic Testing (WUT) method to conduct grout filling inspections of PC bridges. WUT employs a wider frequency range of ultrasound (2.5kHz to 1MHz) compared to conventional ultrasound, and the assessment of the filling quality of PC grout is primarily done by analyzing the reflected waves from the sheath.
